Muniamar, SL was founded in 1993 by Mr. Axel Deckers. Developing real estate and developer work mainly in Germany. Later he decided to expand the company to the coast of Spain, finding Marbella and Torremolinos as the ideal place to continue his business.

In Spain Mr. Deckers, builds Marbella Azul building, rebuilds an old building in the old town of Marbella, making it small and cozy apartments, modernized houses and sells some in Las Chapas, Marbella, while different properties is gaining at home, apartments and parking spaces, both in Marbella and Torremolinos.

Mr. Deckers works hard in Spain, reforming and / or building their properties over the next three years, but finally his health betrays him and died in 1996, leaving his son as heir to the property acquired during those years in Spain, who manages them for two years and later to sell the company and its properties.


From Germany comes a company interested in buying it, represented by the accountant and tax consultant in Hamburg, Helmut Stege, who is responsible for acquiring the shares and thus all the properties that the company had.

Finally they will reach an agreement in 1998 and Muniamar, SL was acquired by new shareholders who decided to give a new twist to the activity that the company was performing and decided to devote exclusively to providing different kinds of rents.

Thus Muniamar, SL has evolved from its beginnings as a builder and developer to finally be a company dedicated to rent offices, and apartments on the Costa del Sol, where we will maintain our commitment to quality work and for the future.
